Click “Content Settings” for previewing purposes. Select the location where the converted file will be stored from the convert dialogue box that appears. Select the “MP4 (MPEG-4)” file format to initiate the conversion. While the file is playing, tap on the “File” tab and click the “Convert” button. Click “open” to upload your ARF file recording from your PC. Click on “Network Recording Player” then select “file”. Open the ARF file with the installed WebEx player.

Download the WebEx player on the device with your ARF recording if you are yet to install it. The following are the steps to follow if you want to convert an ARF file with this approach.

ARF RECORDING PLAYER UPGRADE
When considering software upgrades, customers are advised to regularly consult the advisories for Cisco products, which are available from the Cisco Security Advisories and Alerts page, to determine exposure and a complete upgrade solution. Free security software updates do not entitle customers to a new software license, additional software feature sets, or major revision upgrades. In most cases this will be a maintenance upgrade to software that was previously purchased.
